Bella Weems grew up in Chandler, Arizona with her mom, dad, and siblings. Bella is the oldest of five. While Bella is 17, Warren is 12, Brandon is 10, Weston is 8, and Addie is 5. She was born on June 17, 1996. Bella enjoys theater, singing, and songwriting. She also taught herself how to play the piano. She is fluent in sign language too.
Bella's Origami Owl necklace consists of a piano, a microphone, her birthstone (Alexandrite), a Sweet 16 charm, the number 5 (5 kids in her family), and "I love you" in sign language. Also in her necklace is the "inspire" hand-stamped plate.

With her goal of earning money for a car, Bella set to work selling her necklaces. She sold lots of necklaces to her family and friends. Along with her mom, Chrissy, the duo rented a kiosk in their local mall from Black Friday until Christmas, for $7,000. In the first 5 days, however, Living Lockets produced a $26,000 profit. Needless to say, Bella had come up with a brilliant idea, and they rented out the kiosk for a year.
When Bella and her mother were asked when and where people in different parts of the country could buy the Living Lockets, they wanted to expand. They decided on a direct sales method, where independent designers, 14 and up, could host jewelry bars. They then recruited some family members to help Bella's mother, Chrissy run the company. Chrissy's sister, Jessica Reinhart handle's Origami Owl's marketing. Her Husband, and Chrissy's brother-in-law, Jeff Reinhart, is Chief Operating Officer. Bella doesn't assist in running the company yet, but she will in the future, after she gets a business degree. As of now, she goes from school to the office for four hours a day. She interns for two months in each division of Origami Owl.

Origami Owl's name is derived from two separate meanings put together. It is a combination of Bella's favorite things: origami and owls. They both have a special meaning to her. Origami is something she has always loved. Each is different and unique, and has a specific and special meaning to its owner. The owl, on the other hand, represents wisdom, strength, and courage.
Origami Owl continues to expand beyond what Bella could have ever imagined. Their mission, which is also Bella's, is "to be a force for good; to love, inspire, and motivate women of all ages to reach their dreams and empower them to make a difference in the lives of others."
